  • Coordination of painting and electrical as needed

Flooring

We remove the old flooring, replace the underlayment as needed, and install Vinyl Plank or Tile flooring material. After all that, we reset or replace the toilet with one of our licensed plumbers.

H.I.S.A. stands for Home Improvement and Structural Alterations and is a benefit for veterans that allows a grant (not a loan) of up to $6,800 for modifications because of varying degrees of disability.
